Do you have a shop we can visit?

Over the Rainbow is an internet shop only and not open to the public for browsing.  We are a warehouse based business and this is how we keep our prices 25-50% lower than regular shops as we don't have the overheads of a retail shop.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Amex & Visa via Eway (an Australian secure payment processing system linked to St. George Bank). We accept Paypal payments (in Australian dollars). Also for Australian customers we accept Direct Bank Deposit, Cheques & Money Orders. (See payment information for more details). International payments are by Paypal or Bank Deposit.

 

Is it safe to use my Credit Card at your shop?

Over the Rainbow uses eWay (An Australian bank secured payment gateway), and also Paypal, which is one of the worlds most recognized & safe methods of credit card payment. All credit card information is transmitted via secure industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption provided by Eway and Paypal. Credit card details are used only for processing of payment and are never stored in our database.

 

I still don't want to put my credit card details over the internet, can I call you with them?

Yes you can call on 03 9785 3800, Fax them through on 03 9785 3866 or Post them to us at P.O. Box 9112, Seaford, Vic 3198.  Just select this option in the payment section when you check-out your order.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated if you use our on-line shop. If you place your order by other methods then your shipping will be manually calculated & you will be contacted with the price prior to shipping your order.  Occasionally shipping charges may vary from the amount charged at checkout - if this occurs we will contact you to discuss the options.

 

Queries on other products not stocked?

If you are looking for something that is not listed on the site, you may still email or phone us as we can do our best to locate it for you.

 

Do you sell at wholesale?

Our prices are already priced below regular retail prices as we import our own goods so are able to pass these cheaper prices onto you so that we sell well below regular retail pricing.  We sell to many designers and also to shops.  Many of our products also have a tiered discounting system built into the pricing structure which give up 10-50% further discount from the base price depending on the product & amount purchased of each item.  In addition we have a loyalty points system whereby once your annual purchases reach $500 a further discount of 5% is applied to orders, and this rises to 7.5% at $1500, and to 10% at $2500.

 

We are Australian Distributors for TierraCast (tm) Fine Metal Plated Castings and also for Beadalon (tm)  and Staedtler Fimo Soft products - these products have wholesale pricing built into them (email us however for Fimo Soft as this has a separate system of pricing)

 

Do you offer Loyalty Discounts?

Yes!  We offer a Loyalty Discount Program which awards the following discounts to all orders which reach the following cumulative totals within the past 12 month period:  $500 - 5%, $1000 - 7.5%, $2500 - 10%.  Once you reach these totals your discount will be automatically deducted on your order total at check-out.  Note: Discount apply to products but not to shipping charges.
