Ordering Options

We are an on-line shop set up as a warehouse, and not a shopfront which is open to the public - that is how we keep our prices lower than shops as we don't have the extra overheads.

On-line Shop Orders:  This is the fastest & easiest option available & offers a variety of payment & shipping options - if you don't wish to put your credit card details through you can still use this method and just select to call us with your details by phone. Website ordering is our preferred option as it reduces the possibility of errors with ordering.
All you have to do is to add items to your shopping cart & then checkout your order on-line.  You can set up an account at that point or checkout without an account however no history is kept and no loyalty points earned if you use that method. 
Tip: It is a good idea to log-in or set up your account before shopping - that way if you leave the process at any point the items will be saved in your shopping cart and not be lost.  If you aren't logged in and then leave for longer than 10 minutes the cart will disappear & you will have to start all over again when you return.  If you save the cart then you can always alter it when you next log in.

Please note we have a minimum order total required of $10.00 not including postage.

Mail or Fax Orders:  If you would like to use our printable order form you may still do so. Just print it, fill out your order details & post, email or fax it to us. Shipping will be calculated upon receipt of order & you will be advised of the total amount owing.

Telephone Orders:  Placing your order online is the preferred method as it is less likely that orders are made but you may phone your order directly through to us on 03 9785 3800 but make sure that you note down full details of the items you are ordering including the product codes. If the office is unattended when you call please leave a message & we will get back to you.  Please note if you are wanting to pay over the phone for your order you can still place an order on-line and select the Pay Over the Phone method at checkout then call us.

Order Confirmation: Within a few minutes of confirming your order via our on-line shop you will receive any email from Over the Rainbow confirming receipt of your order. If you have chosen Cheque/Money Order, or Bank Transfer options you will receive instructions regarding payment in this email. If you chose the Credit Card or Paypal options you will receive the emailed confirmation & no further input is required on your part.

Your order will not ship until payment is received.

Credit Card Payments via Eway: We use eWAY to guarantee the best possible security for our online transactions. eWAY has multiple firewalls to protect important data and features 1024 bit data encryption. No credit card information is stored on either eWAYs clustered web servers or Over the Rainbows web site.  Payments are accepted by Visa or Mastercard.  Eway is available to Australian customers and to trusted countries internationally.

Payments via Paypal: This is the another option & is offered for on-line shop orders. Paypal is a safe, reliable & instant system of payment with no additional charges to you.  Paypal offers several methods of payment - from your existing Paypal balance, from a credit card you have registered with them, e-cheque, or direct debit from a bank account. This is available to Australian Customers and also International customers - no currency conversion fees apply as payment is made in Australian dollars.  Please note that Paypal e-checks take approx 5 working days to clear so we cannot ship your order until we are advised that the check has cleared.

Credit Card Payments: You may still pay by credit card directly to us by phoning your details through on 03 9785 3800.

If you have ordered on-line please include details of your email address & order number which would have been emailed to you after you ordered.
