See below for our 2008 schedule of classes in Polymer Clay. Classes are designed to teach students the foundations of working with this wonderful material to make beads & jewellery and will provide the basics for participants to build upon as they expand their expertise.
Tutor: Classes are taught by Heather Richmond who has 15 years experience in working with polymer clay, making jewellery and selling her work in galleries & craft shows. She is also a regular contributor of Polymer Clay Projects to Beads Etc and Creative Beading Magazines.
Workshops are held at our studio in Frankston South, Melbourne. Workshops run from 9.30am to 3.30pm with a break for lunch. Morning Tea & Coffee are provided but BYO Lunch. Products will be available for purchase on the day, however please allow additional time after the class for this.
Classes will be held in 1 or 2 day weekend blocks - 2 day classes are designed to complement each other and the Sunday Class will build on the Saturday Class.
Materials/Tools: All materials and use of tools are included in the cost of courses, however if students have tools or a pasta machine they are welcome to bring their own along.
