Sterling Silver Filled Wire - now bridges the gap between Sterling Silver & Silver Plated wire. Both wire and findings made from this wire have a durable outer layer of sterling silver (.925/20) surrounding a copper-alloy core. The findings have additional silver plating for uniformity. The fabrication is completed with an anti-tarnish coating to preserve the beauty.

This wire is a fraction of the cost of sterling silver, but handles like sterling silver wire and can be soldered.  The rolled plating over copper alloy is 100 times thicker than that of regular plated silver wire.
